Jiu-Jitsu, the way we train it, is the best for self-defence. Proof me different. First, it starts with the selection of training weapons. A little bit of rolling around on soft mats doesn't help to prepare for street fights.  Take a look at a selection that you need to train with regularly, at least.

  Master Horst Lindenau moved 1992 from Germany to the UK as a 2nd Dan Anti-Terrorkampf. In the rural town of Bridport he taught first the German style. After a few year the training became renamed into Anti Terror Combat, which is the direct successor of the new modern BlackCombat self defence system. On the 21.06.2018 Grandmaster Horst Lindenau was promoted the 6th Dan BlackCombat. Before he was already 6th Dan in Anti Terror Combat.  We have been training this system since than and before the worldwide Covid pandemic students were engagagen in the UK, in Germany and in the US.
