Hi all, hope you enjoy the summer and the holiday season.  I prepare the most effective self defence experience for you and the public training starts at the end of this month.  Sessions are held in Bridport at the St. Catherine's primary school.  Basic training is Wednesdays at 07.00 pm for an hour to begin with. As we go along there will be a second group, I ll publish all data here later. All men and women can take part, no previous experience needed.
